Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately. Any funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jiligg. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiligg reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your jiligg account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligg Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jiligg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify jiligg support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
jiligg may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification may require you to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
jiligg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
jiligg does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. All transactions on jiligg are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jiligg is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.
jiligg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers or syndicates.

jiligg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligg account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiligg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jiligg collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiligg implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game rules. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiligg Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jiligg's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jiligg will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, or to the appropriate regulatory authority.
